Passiontree Velvet - COOLANGATTA

This is a great place to enjoy breakfast or coffee and a sweet treat while shopping in The Strand shopping centre. I tried a delicious toasted sandwich and a cappuccino, both were fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. The service was fast and efficient, my order was delivered quickly to my table. There is plenty of seating available, and the tables offer a nice view of the beach from the window.

I went for high tea with my mom today. We paid the advertised price, which included a pack of 12 macarons. The food was tasty and the coffee was delicious, but the service was lacking. No one checked on us during our meal. To make matters worse, we were told at the end that there were no macarons left, which was disappointing because we specifically chose this place for the macarons. Overall, we probably won't be returning anytime soon.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly and nice. The high tea was amazing and we even received some extra treats. We will definitely be returning to this place again!

I had time to kill while in Coolangatta and was looking for somewhere to have coffee eith a good view. I found this at Passiontree Velvet along with the most delicious Carrot Cake that I have had for a long time. The view is spectacular and at this time of year with the whales going past it was a great place to whileaway an hour.

Not very nice, went there for a hi-tea. did not enjoy it, plenty of room for improvement, am hoping things have improved since my last visit. food tasted stale and service was not the best, slow and unattentive
