Bidra med feedbackI went in a couple of days ago with my 2 boys. My little one has autism and is not always easy to take him out to a store. But he did pretty good this day. After waiting for about 10-15 min for our turn, the worker asked if we were getting ice cream or cookies I said both. She proceeded to ask the other people waiting in the lobby who had just walked in if they wanted cookies. They said yes and she took them first. Completely skipping us!!!! After getting our order ready, I went to pay and gave the cashier a gift card my oldest son won at school and the 2 workers in the store did not know how to process payment including the gift card. One got the manager on the phone and even then she could not get it to work and asked me if I could go back another time to use the gift card. The service was poor! The staff should be fully trained if being left at the store without a manager. Don't skip clients specially if they have kids. You have no idea the sacrifices us parents have to make sometimes just to get to your store to please our kiddos. Managers, have business cards ready for your employees to hand out. I asked for managers name and phone number and was told they cannot proved their number. Really no store phone number, email or something??!!! Unprofessional!!!!
The art work is beautiful but this is not ok. This much icing on a cookie cake is not good. I spent $50 dollars on a cake no one would eat. I?m very disappointed and I alway love this store. I scheduled the pick up for 12pm and they didn?t have it ready until 2pm. No call to say there was a delay. I?m very upset. UPDATE: I spoke with the owner (Paige) today and she completely made this right. The ownership at this location is all about customer experience and that?s much appreciated. Mistakes happen and that?s understandable. It?s about how you recover situations. Major kudos to the ownership of the store here. I?ve changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars.
Had my mind set on a cookie slice and I get to the counter and the girl cant swipe my card. She says machine is broken and I know money is on my card because i just left target after a purchase. This is the second time I have come in here regarding a card issue. The first time I went in they couldnt use my card because it had to be over 5.00 and I bought a cookie slice cake?i really hate leaving bad review?s but conyers come onnnnnnnn?.this like the third bad review on a restaurant?
Placed an order online for 1 birthday cake, and it was ready at the exact scheduled time! Took me less than a minute to go in and pick it up. Super friendly employees as well! The cake looked and tastes great as well ????
The cookie cake is too soft and doesn't have much taste. It didn't seem done. Kinda mushy. I hate raw cookie dough and that is basically what it felt and tasted like. Update: Gave some of the cake to some company since they love cookie cake and they said the same as I. They couldn't taste much of it and another said it waste done. The company we had over said they love soft cookie cakes but also thought this one seemed under done just like I had said. I told them what I thought about it and they agreed after I mentioned it. They initially didn't say anything out of politeness but after I complained, they had to agree with it and they gave their complaints as well. Overpriced for what I got! Only good thing about the cookie cake was the design.
