Bidra med feedbackDuring my 5-day turkey and tinsel break in Llandudno, I stopped in for lunch and had the fish and chips, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The food and service were both excellent.
On holiday in Llandudno we called in to the Palladium after paying through the nose the previous days at other restaurants in the vicinity.. My wife and i were very surprised it was much better than my local Spoons in Liverpool. The bar staff were very efficient and polite, the toilets were spotless and cleaned regularly through the day and surprisingly the 2 curries we had one evening were very tasty and great value.. The building is a joy, an art deco style mid century cinema/theatre.. Overall the experience we had was great and i look forward to calling in again at the Palladiuthe next time we visit.. Well done guys best Spoons ive been in for a long time..
I was interested to see this establishment it being so close to the Travelodge where I stayed. It being so very spacious meant there was always somewhere to park yourself over a boozy long weekend, at any time of day. Toilets upstairs was a hike, very steep and even more stairs once you get inside the 'dynion ' (gents ' . Not enough Welsh language signing to be fair.
Family visit having stopped over in the town for one night The venue itself is lovely decorated highly that 's about as nice as it gets for there on. As I entered the venue with my children, we firstly had to venue through the middle lower floor section amongst the walking dead of drinkers and beer belly 's to the upper section at the rear (stage section) The second challange was to find a clean table failed resulting is US having to clear our own table and wipe it down with wet wipes. Went to order food on the app. Tried 4 times and it failed. Went to the bar and was served quickly. Food arrived. It was shockly rubbish. I have been to many Wetherspoons and have low expectations but this was by far the worst. The kids burgers were all wrong, the additional fruit items never arrived. The adults food was luke warm at best and there was a half eaten chip on my plate. Lipstick on the drinks glasses. Nah. This places is by far an embarrassment for the JD Wetherspoons establishment. Avoid
Originally visited here in 2019 but visited this year and this spoons is STILL a great place to visit. The foyer area has now got tables chairs in it when it didn't the first visit. The main floor area as you walk in takes your breath away. This is truly a magnificent spoons. All the old character of its history is all around. The royal boxes are a real treat to see. We ordered our breakfast and sat in the back section that overlooks the main floir. Lots of lovely quiet areas and booths to have a bit of private time. You can use the entrance at the back also. Food was delicious and hot and staff helpful. Free parking on the main road outside. This is a must visit if in Llandudno. Just off the main Seafront and easy to walk to if you aren't driving.
