Rozi's Indian Take Away - Conwy

Went here on Saturday evening. We live about 15 miles away so were prepared to pop the food in the oven for ten minutes on getting home. This can have a negative effect on the overall taste with some foods. Not so with this food. It was well cooked, beautifully textured and full of flavour. My only slight criticism was that the onion bhaji was a tad over cooked but still edible. Well worth the drive to pick up. We live near a town where there are dozens of similar establishments and non of them come close to this.

Used this takeaway many times but on this occasion the meal was very poor keema nan was very dry and the meat filling did not taste right, the sheek kebab starter was so so dry and also had a tainted taste so unfortunately after now advertising the takeaway now has a premier chef !!!! What a joke,,,,,, so unfortunately we won't be going back.

Tried this place for the first time, i had the chicken rana and my partner had the chicken tikka masala. My meal was just ok wouldn’t be rushing to order it again but it was edible. Unfortunately my partners chicken tikka masala was disgusting she couldn’t even eat it, i had a taste and she was right… tasted like gravy with the whiff off a smelly sock. I wonder do the chefs taste the food they send out? Hence won’t be returning, yet another place lacking quality cooking.

Had a takeaway from Rozi's a few years back after being recommended by a friend who has a takeaway from here every week and we weren't that impressed so hadn't been back since. We decided to try again and see if there was an improvement and we were not disappointed. We had a couple of chicken korma masala dishes between us with pilau rice, naan bread, poppadoms and a kids chicken korma for our daughter too. Food was plentiful in size and good size chunks of chicken. Very tasty and we will be definitely having a takeaway from here again.

I live in Colwyn Bay and I am ashamed to say the food from here this evening was terrible, I don’t usually use this take but thought a change would be nice! Cold stale food.. popped it on the bin and had beans on toast .. very very disappointed!!!
