Red Robin - Conway

First visit ever to a Red Robin for me and my 14 yr old son. Good food, nice atmosphere, good service. Very competent and friendly server. Food was good, our only complaint was that the garlic fries needed more garlic flavor. But we enjoyed every thing that we tried. Definitely will go back again.

Burgers and fries were good. No complaints. Our server was Chris and he was excellent, Actually he was more of what you would expect to find in a fine dining establishment. The only thing that surprised us was that they were not busy and there were multiple dirty tables and nobody appeared to be bussing them. Other than that we would have given 5 Stars!

The staff was terrific and attentive. Everyone took care of me even if they weren 't my server; the burgers were decent, and so were the drinks. This location has been fabulous, including my fantastic server with Red 'Robin ' hair. My only complaint is that since I was a little kid around 2008, Red Robin has done the opposite of diversifying their menu and removed many items from it. Including a blue cheese burger with crispy onion strings. Now the only burger has caramelized onions and mushrooms. The caramelized one did not have mushrooms before, adding a weird texture to the burger. It might have helped if the mushrooms were lightly sautéed and turned golden brown or fried to help dissolve that spongy texture with soft onions, meaty beef, and a bun. The bun was soft on the outside, toasted and warmed on the inside, and mushrooms did not belong. There isn 't a definitive kids menu, and the entirety of the menu itself seems one-dimensional. The appetizers aren 't appealing and sort of blended together; nothing really stood out.

I had the Big Tavern burger tonight and it's quite a tasty burger. The patty was well seasoned and the bun was toasted. The endless steak fries were good as well. And the service was excellent. Definitely the place to go for good burgers.

We stopped in for dinner and it was super busy. Our server was excellent and we had a great experience here!!!
