Bidra med feedbackI ordered dinner for take out. The food was cold and order was wrong. The size of order was like lunch size for $32!!! We tried to call manager to complain x 3!!! Kept being put on hold then call was cut off!!! This place has gone downhill
My only problem was do you believe they want you to eat with a plastic fork and not real silverware
I put in a delivery order an hour ago and my driver is there waiting on my food to be handed to him, this is not the first time this as happened either my husband wanted Burger King and I said no let’s get Applebees next time I’ll probably end up listening to him instead. Every time we order we get things missing or just not the right item, or waiting over an hour for something that shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes to make. You can try and call but no one ever answers a phone. At this point don’t even know why they have one. This was the last time I will order from them I give up at this point.
If I would have read the reviews before going here I would not be writing this. I will make what is a very long story short. From the time of being seated to receiving our food was an eternity. Explanation being that our food was picked up from the kitchen by mistake. When it did come the order was wrong. While waiting for my order to be corrected I did eat my ribs which were OK but dry. The 2 items missing from my order came out in stages. After waiting another lifetime for my second item to come out which by the way I asked if I was going to receive it in this lifetime imagine how not surprised I was that the Mac and cheese consisted of rigatoni pasta noodles with so little cheese that you couldn't see it. Our server/bartender was interested more on flirting with the ladies at the bar than waiting on us. I had to send up flares just to get his attention and even then that was no guarantee he was coming over to our table. If there is a plus to this story is the manager did give us a break on the bill. My feeling is that this restaurant is on its way out. The help could care less about anything. The food is consistent with cleaning out your refrigerator so you don't have to throw it away. But the biggest red flag is that management reads all the terrible reviews answers with the standard sorry and moves on. Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other fine restaurants that exists here in the Grand Strand. I know I will.
Waitress was fantastic. Floors and bathrooms were unkempt.
