Dulce Something Sweet - Constanţa

Passed by yestarday night, for the first time,with a friend, we were craving for something sweet.I orderd an Eclair witch costs 4,5 lei, i gave the sales person a 5 lei bill, she asked if i have coins and after i told her that unfortunately i don't, she threw 0,3 lei on the counter and said: " this is all i can give you as change"... I was very unplesantly surprised by her answer and even more by her attitude.When i asked her what kind of answer it's that she roled her eyes very disgusted by my question and told me :"i am not in the mood for this"... I asked to tolk to a superviser (because i don't remember ever being treated like that anywere in the world) and one girl that was next to her said that she is the supervisor( i don't think it was true).As i was trying to tell the " supervisor"what happend , the sales person keept interrumpting me with very sarcastic lines. When i asked the " superviser" if she finds the attitude of her employe suitable , she turned to the sales person and said:" give the lady her money back" and wished me a good evening..basically telling me to leave....i was shocked, this never ever happend to me and i will never step foot in that place again in my life. This has nothing to do with the 0,2 lei that she didn't have....Also the prices in this place are outregeously high, most of the places in Constanta have much lower prices, very good products and an excelent costumer service... I DO NOT RECOMEND THE PLACE

Called in here for coffee and ice cream. Lavazza coffee so great choice. Good choice of ice cream and creamy taste and nice choice of cakes too

A geat place to enjoy your coffee and delicious desserts.They serve different fresh juices and smoothies and you can also have all day breakfast - there is a playground for children free of charge for house customers

I did not get what I paid for at breakfast. Make sure they get your options at the order even though they do not ask for them.The fruits were good and the yogurt was ok. Some of the orange I needed to left on the plate since they had not taken off all the orange-coloured outer shell of the fruit.After payment they just put me to the seat and left me bewildered. I waited for surprisingly long but when he waitress arrived next, she already had my yogurt and fruit. She dropped them on the table with coffee and orange juice, without never asking if I want coffee or orange juice. I told her that I would like to have the tea and grape juice but she refused to change the coffee and juice to the ones I wanted even though the menu stated that I get to choose.The water, which was included in the breakfast menu, was not delivered at all. I had to request that separately after it had not been delivered after 15 minutes of waiting. Again, I did not get to choose between plain and mineral water even though it was stated in the menu.So in the end, I did not get what I paid for and left the cafeteria angry. That is not how you want to start your day, even though I can live without my morning tea and drink juice which I did not fancy to have.
