Whataburger - Conroe

Super clean, super friendly, and super awesome. I recommend a taquito with bacon, cheese, avocado, potato and grilled jalepenos. You can thank me later!

I frequent this location and am happy to see an improvement over my prior review's visit. The people here now are GREAT! I'm here pretty often in the mornings for breakfast sausage biscuits. I'm close by, so I'll grab a Whataburger periodically fordinner as well. Maintenance must be a priority because it looks as good today as it did when I was here on opening day!

I frequent Whataburger, I have lived in Texas for nearly 7 years now. I used to come to this location before moving closer to N Loop, and it was quick and fresh every time back then. Since recently moving back here, I have been incredibly disappointed withthe service. I am actually currently waiting in the drive thru line (have been for over 30 min now! to place my order. They saythey are working as fast as they can, despite one car having been ahead of me and there being an empty dining room upon myarrival. I wonder when I'll be able to eat tonight!

Placed an online order tonight. Upon pickup, I was greeted with the WORST customer service. The woman at the window had a horrible attitude from the get-go. After waiting 10+ minutes for my mobile order (that I placed 15+ minutes prior to arriving),the woman handed me my food and followed it up with ?all that damn ketchup? you need to stop ordering all of our ketchup youknow they sell it in stores right?? Keep in mind, I did not order an excessive amount (and the app also has limits). I willNEVER be returning to this location. I?ve never had a bad experience at the West Davis Street location. Very disappointed.

This isn't the first time I've gotten excellent service from this location, either. They're alwaysso, so nice. Every single one of those people deserve a raise!
