Torchy's Tacos - Conroe

I LOVE this Torchy’s location!!! My husband and I eat here almost every Friday night. The queso and guacamole are the best you can get and the tacos, salad and burrito are all delicious. We’ve never gotten anything that wasn’t really yummy. Our favorite bar tender, Lorena, is the reason we keep going back, at least once a week. She is so very attentive, she remembers our ‘regular’ drinks and is just such a pleasure to see when we go in. She’s always got a smile on her face and every one at the bar enjoys her friendliness and great personality. We love Friday night ‘date nights’ at Torchy’s!

Really good tacos and burritos but on the pricey side at almost $4 for one taco

Just left the drive through a little while ago. Ordered two trailer parks trashy and a democrat. The girl that took my order was very pleasant and my order came out very quickly, however my food that I received was incorrect and was really not the quality I usually receive from these guys. The girl confirmed my order at the window that my trailer parks were supposed to be trashy, my receipt said it as well but I just got home and they're not. This is really disappointing as I always get them that way and a little confusing given that the girl confirmed with me what they were and my order was still incorrect. I Don't have enough time to go back so now I'm stuck with 3 tacos I paid almost 20 dollars for that are not good and 2 3 are incorrect. Do better guys :

The most disgusting tacos I have EVER had ?? I couldn't even finish them, even though I knew what a waste it was because of how expensive they are. $4-7 for one taco... You would think it would be high quality food!! Also, I ordered online to save time and make it a faster process to have it ready to pickup (crunched for time on my lunch break) and I STILL waited 20 minutes for my order once I was there. I will never eat at a Torchy's again, nor will I recommend anyone else to eat there.

Ordered my food at 6:10 to go. The food was brought out in trays and not wrapped up to go, and half the order was missing. It took 40 minutes and five people coming out to ask us if the missing tacos were in the bag we already had to finally get the remaining food. I understand mistakes happen but instead of quickly solving the problem, multiple people had to insinuate that we were wrong before a resolution happened. Seriously disappointed.
