Tj’s Pub Grub - Conroe

Ordered 2 plates to go. Got ribs, sausage and brisket. Every thing was good except for the brisket. It felt like it had been boiled at one point. Very tough. All in all it was good. I have been eating here for over 20 yrs and have always found the food to be good. There burgers are one of the best.

TJ’s has the best chicken fried steak around. I also love their burgers! If you haven’t tried them you really need to run by to check them out.

Had breakfast there at 7 a.m. with my husband very clean food was good waitress was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed, so the first time was great

Had lunch with my friends and it was not busy The lunch specials where chicken fried steak and pork chops or hamburgers Had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans It was very good and the service is great. We enjoyed our lunch and we will be back

This place had very good service. The food was at a good price and good quality. We ordered the Texas plate. The meat was good, except for the brisket which was kind of bland and very tough. We also ordered delicious pickle spears which were very good. The Chili Cheese Fries were enormous and delicious. We loved their sweet tea as well as their stuffed mashed potatoes. All in all, it was worth the money. Low prices and decent quality. I may not drive from Houston to Willis to eat here, but I would stop by again.
