Would highly recommend you avoid this Starbucks. As of 9/12/2022 I have been dealing with fraud charges and transfers from my debit card. Over $3500 so far before it was all finally spearheaded. I don't use my debit card physically hardly at all. I just happened to use it the morning of the 12th for the first time in many many months and ever since I have been dealing with this fraud stuff. And most of the charges have been local to here in Conroe. My card wasn't stolen, but the info definitely was. I don't believe in coincidence. We have confirmed that this wasn't due to any breach or hack of online info in the only two places I have my card saved. I had initially contacted this Starbucks to let them know details and that I suspected it was someone working there who copied my card info, but communication and updates have been minimal at best. I have a police report already filed now, since this has gone into felony territory, but I can guarantee I won't ever go back to this one. And not because of the initial issue, but because they don't seem to care that it happened at all.
The woman in drive through said that this Starbucks is only taking mobile orders through the app, and that ALL of the other Starbucks is doing the same thing. NOT TRUE! I went to the one on 1314, and they took my order no problem. If this is the blondish/red haired woman I see on the weekends around 6am, then I'd expect it, because she comes off rude, like she doesn't want to be there, and makes a face when she's asked for a straw, like I'd just inconvenienced her. The other people are nice, and I wish I knew when to go there when she's not working. People shouldn't feel that way going to get coffee. I'll just go to Dunkin Donuts or get gas station coffee because I'd be going out of my way just to avoid that person.
This was by far the worst Starbucks drink my hubby and I ever had. Not sure if they were having a bad day or not but this drink was not it ?? We ordered a venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch, got mixed up and gave us a small, took it back to correct it and it tasted watery. Hopefully it?s improved ???????? won?t be going back there tho.
