Star Cinema Grill - Conroe

Arrived 20 minutes before the movie but it took until we were thirty minutes in to the movie to finally get a server. Ordered dinner and drinks. Over an hour later, after asking 3 separate servers where our food was, one tells us that they ran out of pork so they cancelled the order. Oh did we want food still? Terrible service that detracted from the movie. We won't be returning, much better options elsewhere.

If you wanna give your kids the movie theater experience you have when you were young this in not the place for you. Also 9 flipping dollars for a bowl of popcorn! This is a grown up movie theater, and another thing having to pick my seats before I get into the theater is annoying, I need to feel the room before I pick my seat

Horrific service. Took almost an hour to get the food drinks we ordered before the movie started, and the order was wrong. Staff had terrible attitudes. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Reel Luxury Cinema in the Woodlands and save yourself the headache.

Sadly they’re not prepared to provide food service. They were very overwhelmed. Placed at order at 8:55 for drinks and at 9:35 I finally gave up and went up to the bar to get drinks, only to find out the frozen drink machine was down. Some employees clearly trying hard but others not so much. A few just standing around, talking. Best to try a traditional theater next time

Don't get there too early and see your seats in the light, they are disgustingly dirty. Service was slow, I had to ask if I needed to go to the bar to get the drinks we ordered myself before the waitress went and got them. Also, the food could have been better for the price.
