Mcdonald's - Conroe

DISSATISFIED and UPSET... I don't know that ALL McDonalds are BAD, but this one takes the cake. I had 3 winter treats for ice cone if you don't know what that is, they are vouchers for free items for children. I put the order on my way and the nice young lady gets the management. This is normal for their override code for the elements. The rude manager then asks the lady if the kids are in the car and I'll tell her YES. She then looks at the voucher and tells the young lady that they do not accept these coupons. Look at me and the girl is confused. On the back there is any US company. The young lady and I mention the back states every US company and I mentioned I just used some of the other McDonalds for hamburgers. She said we're another company and we don't accept it, I'm sorry and went away. The young lady was so confused and embarrassed and sorry. I told her it's not her fault and it's okay. I continued and contacted me for an explanation. Images should be below.

If you want to be disappointed, this is the place to go. The ketchup pumps have not been operational for over 7 months and the service is 50/50.

This McDonald's can get your order wrong 1 out of 10 visits or something, but this is to be expected. The food they make is always true to form McDonald's, and it's what keeps me back when I'm hungry for their food. The staff was never mean, hating or rude to me, but some of them could be more friendly. I might expect too much on this note, but the people who work there are good for me. So if you love McDonald's and close to the location in Conroe by N. Frazier stop by and get the value of meal that brings back all the love memories you have for the place since you were a child.

Good near Museum, Sam Houston Monument and 711. But the service here was too slow. I'm always ready to wait for high-quality fresh food, but chicken nuggets seemed old. I would not return to this place unless it was very late at night and only an open
