Chipotle Mexican Grill - Conroe

The rice, beans and barbacoa meat seemed more tasty and cooked better beans were soft instead of a little crispy) than other chipoltes I had. It'll be safe to stop here. Food: 5/5

Unfortunately, this site has worsened and continues downhill. Yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with an employee who was rude, rushed me and had an attitude with not only me, but all others. Correction- she had no setting with her friends eating in the dining area. After we sat down, I realized that she gave me the big chips I paid for. I went and told her and she stared at me a few seconds, then took a bag of chips and put them on the counter instead of in my extended hand. I said thank you, even if there was no excuse or answer from her. I'm not sure why she was so eager and so french because it was super slow then. I think I heard someone call her Michelle. The food was pretty good today, but the customer service goes far with me. I was very switched off and not sure when I returned.

I give this place 2 stars because someone checked the temperature of the food. Texas requires chickens to be served at a certain temperature. It wasn't busy here, but the restaurant was dirty! The garbage was so badly overrun... people put garbage on the garbage! The floor had food and napkins on it. The tables were not cleaned. I understand a food rush... but obviously it was over... time to clean up the place.

The cost of a meal at Chipotle has become ridiculous. They were always on the higher side, but after this meal I probably won't go back. For a steak bowl with extra steak, guacamole, chips and a drink, my sum was over $25. For the cost of this meal I could have gone to a real steakhouse. The service is an assembly line restaurant without emphasis on the customer himself, taking into account the layout. I will say the food has a good taste and is filling due to the amount of rice and beans they offer.

We ordered lunch for our office and I called and requested certain side items with the manager and when we received our order the food looks thrown together the bags have sauce spilt everywhere soaking bags and bowls and the items sides requested are missing. I called to speak again with manager to let her know and she told me that I ordered through door dash that should not matter and she said she told whoever yo place the items with the order and it was not and being that I specifically asked her the first time she should had rechecked the order before sending it out.
