I am here twice last year (only because I live 100 miles away) each time was a good experience. friendly customer service and good eating at a reasonable price. the philly steak sandwich is very good.

Eat pretty good. my stromboli was a little over boiled.

The staff is amazing and friendly, eating was incredible and great prices. better than I have seen around ashtabula in a long time.

I got my first order delivered by them 12/23/21. I ordered a steak sub and my wife a BLT dispute order. my wife ate her and liked it. I pushed the cheese steak sub part out of his pocket and took one bite. I put it in the refrig. until the next morning. I stood up and took the cheese steak out of the refrig and the bag open to place the base on a plate. to my frightening I found a part-sub at the bottom of the bag, which was covered with greener shape. I waited until they were open at 15 o'clock and called to complain. the mgr said there was nothing in the bag when he brought my support into it for delivery. they sent a kerl back to my house to pick up the sub, so that the mgr could see him. he never called back to say that he's sorry, they're staying away from this dump.

I paid 11 dollars for a medium “stuffed crust” pizza and there was literally no cheese in the crust at all.. don’t waste your money. Then I was told that they had no button to add cheese to a tossed salad… never in my life have I heard I couldn’t add cheese to a salad . That the button had been “removed” but I could get a antipasto which has cheese .. no thanks. The girl I spoke to was so sweet, and it wasn’t her fault..but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with sub shop. Y’all need some consistency there. Delivery was fast though so that’s a plus!
