I always order from your establishment. The food is delicious. However, tonight I ordered through beyond menu and placed and order to be delivered at 7pm. I called the restaurant around 730pm.. The woman that was there answered the phone and apologized saying” She never saw the order and the food will be made right away. I wound up showing up to pick up the food. The woman at the front counter was the same woman that answered the phone. She was beyond disgusting and rude to another customer. Telling this customer she didn’t pay and her card had to be charged. Then she starts talking to me and I showed her that I paid. She told me “I wasn’t talking to you.” I responded with “There is no reason for you to be nasty!” She responded with “ We are very busy.” Then a tall man proceeded to hand me the food I ordered. She said something me and once again I turned around and responded “Learn to talk to people, there is no reason for you to be nasty!” I walked out with the food. I do not care if there is a line out the door or you are busy. There is no reason for someone to disgustingly nasty and rude!

This is the best Chinese Food in Rockland. Everything I’ve ever had here has been great. Nice large flavorful pieces of chicken, ribs have meat instead of being filled with fat, everything else I’ve tried has great flavor. Great portions too. I am a loyal customer of Hong Kong Kitchen. Their Chinese food is really delicious and always satisfies me. They use fresh ingredients, season them well, and give large portions. I especially like their sesame chicken and crab rangoon. They are crispy and tasty, not oily or greasy. Their delivery service is also fast and convenient, and the price is fair.
