Bidra med feedbackFood took ages to arrive and just tasted like pure salt. The wings are an absolute joke, they were tiny! $15 for 10 wings and they were basically bones, feels criminal. Did not enjoy any part of this. Wouldn't EVER order again.
Ordered our food online because we figured since it was a Saturday that it would take longer than expected for it to be ready. We got a confirmation email that our food would be ready by 10:54PM. We get there and walk up to the window at 10:55PM and we’re told that they did not have our order and that we had to call the restaurant to confirm our order (completely unaware of needing to do this). Okay, So my friend and I call. We both get the voicemail and we leave a voicemail. My friend calls again and finally gets someone to pick up. We inform them that we had three orders and that they were scheduled to be ready at the time that the emailed stated. They told us that they did not get the order UNTIL the stated time on the email so it would take them another 15 minutes to get the order ready for us. We walk BACK to the window 15 minutes later and it is STILL not ready and they tell us to call AGAIN. Finally, after calling for the fourth time, we get our order, BUT IT’S MISSING FOOD. We weren’t going to wait for another hour to get it right, so we left. Good news, food was delicious. Bad news, took over an hour to get the food since the time we ordered and it was wrong. Would we be back? Maybe not on a weekend.
Worst food and worst service I have received in a long time. I’m not the one to usually write reviews and usually want to do good ones if I do but it was SO bad. It took 2 hours to get food after ordering ahead. The email confirmation I received gave me a specific pick up time. When I went for the pick up they didn’t even have my order. I was told the email confirmation didn’t mean anything and it was necessary to call to confirm any orders. That was not mentioned anywhere on the website or confirmation. Especially since I ordered directly from the restaurant website and not third party. When I called no one picked up the first time so I left a voicemail. I waited a few minutes for a callback but did not receive it. 5 calls later I got through to someone and simply said “I would’ve called sooner after receiving my confirmation email, but I didn’t know I had to call to” then I asked how long it would be. At which point whoever I spoke to caught an attitude about me calling in the first place. I tried to just take it because I know people can have bad days but it was frustrating after being instructed to call. When I finally received the food 2 hours after the time of the initial confirmation the fries I ordered were soggy and two of the 10 piece wings I ordered were just chicken bones. Yes you heard me, CHICKEN BONES. Never have I ever been served bones for food. I can understand people being busy, having a bad day, some delays but all of this was crazy and completely unnecessary and gross. I lost my appetite after that and threw the food away. If this restaurant wants to be better they need to figure out a proper system for taking orders, need a higher staff volume and nicer people, and need to make sure they watch what they are serving people. There’s no excuse for receiving chicken bones.
