Bidra med feedbackVery big on energy. My sister and I opted to stop by here to check it out vs driving to L5P Sevendanda. We were not greeted upon arrival even after the 1 customer left. We looked around and eventually we were spoken too. We asked for mullen which the lady did state she had but never gave the price or offered to get the herb. The previous reviews are correct on the fact that the customer service is subpar. That's been a review that has been consistent for them for years now. Then the blends at $25 for 2 oz is alot. I wish them well and hope they do a little been. There is certainly a market for this.
Wonderful atmosphere, delicious tea and awesome service!! Thanks Camilla! I wish I lived in GA! (I’ll have my sister pick up refills for me!
Came here on a weekday afternoon to meet up with my friend and fellow yelper just for something light. I absolutely love tea so this spot was a good pick. It is housed in the Butner Road shopping plaza, but it can be misleading because the signage outside reads that it is a vitamin store. The place is small casual and intimate with maybe only two high top tables and one or two low top tables. When I came inside I was greeted by a very nice and personable woman working behind the counter. She was very helpful going over their extensive tea menu and suggesting things. My friend go the Georgia Peach and I settled for Oolong Tea. It comes out in a personal tea pot with a glass tea mug so it's affordable and you get a lot of bang for you buck as far as the tea is concerned. The offer a variety of different sweetneers some even being various flavors of infused honey. The small food items they do offer are prepackaged and housed in a self serve fridge. The fridge was not very well stocked. I took the last tuna roll sushi and it was okay, but it was not the freshest. The rice was kind of hard because it was in the refrigerator and I suspect it was made maybe the day before? My friend got a sandwich. They also had a kale wrap. Overall it's a tea and wellness store so they serve tea, juices, and sea moss, all things healthy and you can purchase loose leaf teas as well. They definitely could do a bit more on the small bites component and I think they could use some increased PR and advertising because I live 8 minutes away and wasn't even aware this place existed until my friend told me about it. I will be back because it's a hidden gem. It's nice to enjoy tea you don't have to make and sip it on a weekday looking out a window.
Amazing experience from a recommendation based on my mood ?… incredible tea and great experience… I’ll be back! Join me
Wonderful tea. I will say the customer service is lacking a bit. I came in just about a week ago and had a very longg conversation with the only other guy that works there as he made mine& my friend’s tea blends. I called today to speak to him to ask about a tea I sampled while I was there. I know he would remember because of how long we spoke specifically of this item. The main woman that runs (I think) the shop was very dismissive and wouldn’t let me speak to him. She stated he wouldn’t know and my “best bet” would be her even though she left that day I came in so she actually wouldn’t know *anything*. Instead of just trying to work with me at all, she continued that she doesn’t know the tea blend (as I would expect from her for stated reasons). The tea I sampled was great. In fact, I THOUGHT it was one of the teas I bought, but when I brewed it myself it was completely different. I just wanted help and clarity getting my hands on a good tea. WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE, the attitude was so unnecessary and dismissive. Crazy.
