Einstein Bros. Bagels

I would have did 5 stars. But I had to ask them to remake my order because the first bagel was very lite not a lot of meat. Didn't look anything like the picture. Yohan was great at accommodating my remake. But the manager Nicole was awful. She has a very nonchalant attitude. They didn't give me my fresh squeezed orange juice. I had to get a refund. Also I over heard her telling the new lady don't let them order juice if it's not out there because nobody is going back there to make it. She act liked she didn't want to help the new lady at the register. I understand it may be hard to find good help but you guys need to have a talk with Nicole and if she doesn't change make some hard decisions. My original destination was the original pancake house. I should have gone instead of here.

That is the last straw. I have been tying to support this location for years but I'm done. I placed my online order at 6am as usual, got there at about 5 after and there is a sign on the door that says store is closed until 6:30am due to maintenance. There are two employees inside working. I called to ask about my order and the rude young lady told me the store would open at 6:30. I asked about my order already placed and that I couldn't wait. She repeated her statement that the store was closed until 6:30 and hung up on me. This location has had terrible issues with staffing and service is usually VERY slow. The heavy gentlemen that works there in the morning is never friendly and after 7 years of loyal service, I'm done.

First time at this location, The cashier was nice and friendly. The place was clean, I ordered my favorite the Nova Lox Sandwich. Same great flavor!

The bathroom is utterly disgusting. Pee all over the seat, trash cans overflowing, random substances everywhere, and they didnt even bother to put the toilet paper in the holder and just left it sitting on the toilet. My bagel/it's contents were room temp despite being made just then, supposedly?

Great breakfast with the most delicious coffee. Try the tomato, avocado, egg white on the ancient grain bagel with cream cheese! So good
