Sweetfrog - Concord

Change your hours it’s been 3 months and same issue. i came in at 9:15pm and worker had already stacked chairs supposedly she’s been working there for 2 months. she was nice enough to open the door and tell us it’s closed. it’s false advertising at this point. i had came from a different sweet frogs bc they didn’t have the flavor i liked honestly 20 minutes of time wasted and gas. ?‍

My wife, children, and I visited the Concord, NC Sweet Frog location at 8:45 pm on Monday, October 9th, 2023 for my wife's birthday. The Google listing stated that the location was open until 10 pm however when we arrived at 8:45 pm, an employee was stacking chairs and tables, had already mopped, and was visibly annoyed that we came into the store. I asked an employee why and she told me, in rather a rude tone, that the store actually closes at 9 pm. We got our frozen yogurt and toppings and paid but the employee had only left 2 chairs down after seeing that there were 4 of us. My wife and I stood while the kids sat. Another employee stood behind the counter staring at us for the 10 minutes we were there. Nothing is more unappetizing than knowing that the employees don't want you to be there. In my experience, open until 9 pm means that a store welcomes customers until 9 pm but that did not seem to be the case or philosophy at Sweet Frog, Concord.It was an altogether unpleasant experience.John Taylor Brantley

I'm new in town and wanted some frozen yogurt. Found this place and I like the concept. You build your own bowel or cone. Their topping bar is extensive. You won't be disappointed.

We came here at 9pm on Tuesday and the google information said the store closed at 10. The doors were locked and the store said they only are open until 10 only on Fridays and Saturdays.

Family goes here every Wednesday for no weigh Wednesday. Place has friendly staff and never a wait.
