Shabuya - Concord

Great food. Buffet style for your veggies, noodles and seafood, all you can eat meat, great selection of broths, fried dumpling appetizers is yum. I really enjoyed my lunch. Basically you get to make your own soup at your table. Perfect if you have pickyeaters. Ramen is always loved by the kids. There is normally quite a wait but we got lucky and seated pretty quickly. Busy andnoisy. Wait staff is awesome and I can't believe with all those diners how attentive they are.

Went here for my friend birthday. By far one of my favorite Hot pot place. We had a lot of options which is amazing. Definitely will come back.

10/06/22 Visit Went with my friends and the staff there were very kind and friendly, it was our first time trying hotpot and they explained it well. The food ended up tasting amazing and I can?t wait to go back. BTW, try the gyoza, it?s so good. :

Great modern hot-pot restaurant in an excellent location. We went for an all you can eat lunch and the price was decent. Soup broth was not too salty and there was a well-stocked self serve condiment bar in the center of the restaurant. All of theingredients appeared to be fresh and sanitary.

Great atmosphere and very nice staff. The meat is cut so thinly, expertly done and delicious. We had the tonkatsu and miso broths. Tried every meat. The beef toro was surprising my favorite ! And the pork belly was also up there. Lots of great optionsat the veggie bar, like shrimp , Ramen, eggs, mushrooms, tofu. Great shabu shabu experience.
