Pho Lee Hoa Phat - Concord

Good food, Really good.But the lady serving/ taking orders/ cooking could be nicer, but looks like she is doing everything there and this is why she has short nerves. Understaffed place that makes you feel on the edge and not comfortable.

This is inside Seafood City in Concord. The service is very good.

Got #13 phó and Omggg it was so good! There were lot of meats and veggies on pho. The soup was amazing and it also had fried onion in it. Plus, The ladies here are super sweet and nice ?! Love it, def gonna come back

First off I want to say Im pregnant and came for some food and they didn't want to let me order because it was 7:50p.m and they so happen to close at 8:00 but online it says not 9
