Bidra med feedbackThe young woman at the front counter was very rude and unprofessional. I do love the bread at this restaurant, but after this experience, I will never be returning. I went in today to buy bread, and when I asked for some, she told me they only had one left. I explained that I really needed it for guests, and she told me they had bread from yesterday that I could have instead. I reluctantly agreed to take the last loaf. However, before I paid, a man came in and asked for bread, and she immediately gave him two loaves. I asked if he had ordered them, and she said no. When I questioned why she had told me they only had one loaf left, she rudely replied that others needed to eat as well. It was clear she did not understand that orders are typically fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis unless a prior order has been made. To make matters worse, she ended up charging me for two loaves of bread instead of just one.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The breads are high quality and delicious, just to name a few highlights.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The afghan bread is incredibly tasty and surpasses the breads found in Hayward and Fremont. One suggestion for management would be to put price tags on the meat.
I've been here a few times now, and the food is always incredible! A tad on the expensive side for a lunch, but I always forget just how large the portion sizes are. It can easily make for two meals for most people! Definitely recommend to anyone in search of well-made, affordable, healthy meals on-the-go. I wish I knew the secret to their amazing basmati rice!
I bought spices and rice from here plus a bread that looked messed up dough in one end. Worst of all, my grocery bill was $45 but the cashier who was very inexperienced kept going back in forth to ask the shop owner how use the credit card machine? After he rang me up I noticed I was way overcharged by $200 instead of $45 but the shop owner insisted that it was an error that I will not be charged in my account. When I got home I called my debt card co. and sure enough they told me I was overcharged and for me to file a claim! I am very disappointed that the shop owner is very well aware of the over charged but he’s trying very hard to avoid returning my money and giving me none sense excuses and I am still waiting for my refund day 3. I will report him the business bureau for dishonesty if he doesn’t take care of my funds that don’t belong to him.
