Dunkin' - Concord

This is hands down the worst dunks I have ever been to. I have been here so many times cause I work next to it and never ONCE have I gotten my order 100 percent correct. My food is consistently undercooked or overcooked. And my drinks are never made theway I ask. So incredibly frustrating. If I could give zero stars I would.

Great customer service! The girls working today 3/16 at 2pm were great!! They listened to what I wanted and helped me get it without any argument unlike the stand alone Dunkin Donuts in Epsom!!

Line was long and slow. Service was polite and food was fresh.

Interestingly, may be depends on who is working that day! But Someday no drive through for delivery! Next day they yells , “We are only drive through!

I've purchased vanilla crème donuts from this Dunkin' twice, and both times they tasted like lemon or some other strange crème flavor that was unpleasant. I've wasted my money on these donuts twice, and if someone had an allergy to that filling, it could lead to a serious situation. Please make sure to label your donuts correctly!
