Nuevo Puerto De Vigo

We had eaten dinner there a few years ago, and when we returned to Madrid, we stopped in for lunch. The food was good, however I was disappointed in the service, it was slow, and our waiter somewhat abrupt. He also brought out a basket with 2 pieces of bread that we did not order, or eat. We were surprised to see that they charged us 2 Euro, we have not had that happen before. It seemed a little under handed.

Started the day here with coffees and toast with tomato, particularly their breakfast deal. Pleasant and attentive service in a spacious restaurant. 6.45€ for the three of us.

Menu del dia 13.95 € calidad correta. Buena decoración marinera y limpieza. Trato agradable. Bastante rápidos. Menú del día a base de 3 primeros, creo... guisantes con jamón, caldo gallego, y patatas guisadas con pulpo. Tomamos patatas guisadas con pulpo. Cinta de lomo adobada con patatas fritas Y gallo de ración a la andaluza con ensalada. También había una tercera opción de filetes de ternera a la pimienta. Nos ofrecen gran variedad de postres dulces y fruta.

Hemos comido el menú del día, buena calidad/precio. Buen servicio en un ambiente familiar, para repetir!!

Comida deliciosa a muy buen precio. Un servicio espléndido; amable y atento. Una parada altamente recomendable.
