Matt's Fish Market - Compton

My chicken was a little freezer burnt, then the meat inside looked dark, I wasn't to thrilled...I hate when you're supposed to get 6 wings and they cut them in half instead to appear as if the quantity you should receive, same goes for fish why not give what you're advertising? I asked for 6 wings that's what I paid for not 3 wings cut in half. Very disappointing.

Overall the fish was kind of small compared to what I'm normally getting from my normal fish market and a little lacking in flavor but honestly you can't beat their prices quality overall isn't bad it will always be my go-to fish market when I'm too lazy to go to Broadway and Imperial.Today, 08/26/23, much better. Back to, I'd say about 90% as far as food, taste, and quality still a little oily but better flavor today than my last visit

The fish and oysters are so good. I bring my ice chest along and drive it back Vegas and feast. The staff is very helpful and nice. Thxs

I got some fish from Matt's fish market. And it was terrible, had a smell to it. And the taste was awful forty dollars down the drain. Gave it 2 stars only because it was fried ?
