Bidra med feedbackWe used to frequent this Subway in the past to the point where everyone on staff knew my daughter's sandwich. It had been a while so I certainly wasn't expecting that but I was honestly surprised how little personality the girl at the counter had today. My daughter was joking around with her and she looked at her like she had two heads. She almost snapped at me when I said to please make the sandwich like it is on the board. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day and is usually friendly but, as people with many years in customer service, we were perplexed by her manner. We really missed Mikey and Jacqui today! We will give it another chance, but with three more to choose from and those locations having staff with more personality, we may be going to another location in the future. I'm sure it's all the same to the owners but it was a disappointing return to this location for us.
The two staff that work Saturday mornings at this location (1 male and 1 female) are sooo friendly and really make it a comfortable environment. Really really love bringing my kid here who has special needs as the staff are so engaging and understanding. Thank you to those two staff and subway !!
If you have ever been here and had your card declined inexplicably check your bank account!!!! My card was declined twice in a row and I was told it was an issue with their machine and that the transactions had not gone through. So I paid with cash. I look at my account a few days later to find they had gone through. So I had paid for my order 3 times. I contacted the restaurant and was told the owner would deal with it. Never heard back. Called several times and have always been told the same thing. It’s now been over a month and they’ve ghosted me. Great service ?
