Not Just Barbecue - Commerce

Amazing B-Q sandwich was delivered to me . It is a must try and judge for yourself. People friendly But for me I definitely recommend NJ B.. ???? Will go next time and dine in..

Hopefully just an off day or because I didn't get there until 2:45pm. Brisket had very little smoke flavor, was extremely dry (obviously the flat is always a little dryer than the point but this was way overdone) the sausage was just typical sausage, theribs were extremely tough and had zero bark to them. Almost like they had been sitting out all day. I don't write many badreviews but this was shocking to me after seeing what the other reviews said. I will give them another shot on another daycloser to actual lunch time to see if the quality is different. If so I will amend this review.

My husband and I have been traveling the last few days, ate fancy restaurants, to us at least, like Texas Roadhouse and some Italian spot. This place was the best thing we've had in weeks. The food was just out of this world amazing. The flavors workand the bbq has that smokey taste you crave for when you eat it. I've tried many bbq places around this area, and this is byfar my favorite, just for the food alone. The service was also great and they even bring the food to the table for you. If myhusband or I ever want bbq, this is where we are going, and I would highly recommend you give it a shot too.

Got the chopped brisket one evening and it was close to the best I'd ever had. Tried the slice brisket two days later and it wasn't even half as good. Sides were excellent. Great service with a smile. Will give another try.

I have been wanting to try this establishment for quite some time, and all I can say about that is the wait was worth it. When I walked in it felt a little bare, but hey they've only been at that location for a little while, so I get it. My initialresponse was hard to forget. Good music going and the aroma was awsome. I was greeted as soon as I was noticed (very quickly),and when I said it's my first time here the lady at the register was very helpful and kind. I was offered several free samples,and was not let down. I left the place feeling like I was appreciated and like I got a fantastic value. I only have two veryminor things that I'm sure are being worked on that are not just great. 1. Not easily noticed from the road. A better sign woulddo wonders. 2. Decor could use a personalized touch. Other than that, the food is great, there's original items worth trying onthe menus, service is great, food and sauces are great, and the staff are great! Try this place! For me it was worth everypenny. You'll be back for more.
