Bidra med feedbackThis is my first time at El Taco Stop. I drove almost every day and always wanted to stop. I ordered cattle and chicken peas. My sister ordered the pastor Burrito. The food was fantastic. The service was great. The green chili is tasteful. We'll be back.
Huevos Rancheros were excellent and the part was generous enough for 2 meals. The Ranchero sauce is fat and spicy with a mild smoke taste. Served with beans, rice and a whole roasted jalapeno for extra heat if you want. The service could have been more attentive, but I would go back for the food.
Commerce City is known as the industrial area of Denver Metro. The refineries, factories, warehouses, truck stops, all this seems like the life blood of this part of the city. One thing is definitely not known is its culinary scene, and based on the outer appearance, some of these facilities look questionable. I met a friend for lunch El Taco Stop because it was the nearest place between him and me. When I entered, it looked like a typical Mexican restaurant painted with folkloristic pictures on the walls. A little confused when I should sit down or go to the counter. It took a few minutes until the staff recognized my presence and I was asked to take a seat. The server brought the chips and salsa that were quite standard. After a look at the menu I decided to go for the complete order (5) of pork chops (after all it is EL Taco Stop) and water (they sell it through the bottle). My food came pretty fast and to my surprise it didn't look like the menu image. The record was more than me. These tacos were stacked with tortilla and a generous part of meat! They also brought three different types of salsa. The meat was well seasoned and cooked for perfection and the salsas were fresh and made from scratches (I liked the Guacamole Salsa). I appreciate the fact that they put the Zilantro and Onions on the side and also a good amount of lime. I even had to share my order with my friend and we had enough. The only reason I gave him four stars was the service, I had to get up and ask for things and they forget my water. I'd try El Taco Stop again if I'm in the area. I was very happy with the food and price. I forget the lesson to never judge a place because of its situation, in this case I am glad that I was wrong, deliciously wrong.
I love this place but this trip they didn't give us as much as they always do.
The tacos are very good. The servicers are very friendly! Everything is very unorganized, but everyone is very nice. The place looks very authentic! In any case, the Asada Tacos recommend! The meat is crispy and they are definitely not stingy with the meat
