Birrieria La Guera Michoacana

Despite the sign outside, this place is NOT a Chinese restaurant and serves only Mexican dishes. I think that can lead to a lot of confusion. But the restaurant was great. I have some tacos coming with chips and salsa. Meat was decent, but the tortilla was even better, not like the dry, other places give you. It wasn't busy so the service was fast. It is very relaxed inside. I like to see the TV while I wait for my food, although I couldn't understand what they said. Very recommended.

I've been eating at La Güera for 8 years. You never disappointed me. The menu item is one of the best in Colorado. The red chilaquiles are my favorite. With so many Mexican restaurants in the area it is very difficult to choose, but La Güera’s gets my voice for best AUTHENTIC Mexican cuisine. Ask for the Salsa Quemada with your food. Spice and taste are amazing.

So glad we tried this place! The Carne Asada Torta was bomb, and hubby said that it is the best menu item he tried at any place! The Carnitas and birria tacos were good. Recommend this place
