Mugi Ramen And Poke

This is literally the best ramen I?ve ever had in Colorado and I?ve been to a lot of ramen places! Tastes just like the ramen I had in Osaka, Japan 4 years ago. Amazing I recommend everyone come here to get some great Japanese food

Amazing food with tons of fresh veggies and poke options. I get the salmon with aoli sauce. Staff is so friendly and accommodating! Definitely a favorite! Spouse gets the Ramen sometimes and it is always spot on!

The food was good tasting but I didn't really feel there was much difference between making my own spicy Shin Ramyun and adding a few extra ingredients to it. $15 for a bowl of Ramen is pretty steep. On a plus side the staff was friendly and helpful.

We LOVE Mugi! The food is always good whether its Ramen, Poke or their other dishes. The ramen is the best we have had in both Colorado Springs and Pueblo. Almost anytime we have plans or make plans to visit the north side of the springs we plan lunchhere. We are teated like we visit all the time even if our visits are only once a month or less. I highly recommend making thisyour regular raman and poke stop.

I am annoyingly picky when it comes to ramen. The egg has to be perfect. I am so excited I found this place! The ramen is delicious, the egg is perfection and the owner was incredibly kind. 100% recommend this place! The poke was fresh and flavorfulas well.
