Exceptionally warm, friendly environment. Mike is amazing, and the gentleman making the pizzas is amazing as well. Come here for a REAL philly cheesesteak. Mike imports a lot of his ingredients from Philly, so the quality is impeccable. I had a spinach artichoke pizza which was to die for. My son had wings that were tender and flavor packed. All in all, 10/10 experience and food.Vegetarian options: Salads, several specialty pizzas, friend mushrooms, fried pickles, spinach/ricotta fried rice balls (can’t remember the Italian name!)Dietary restrictions: Offers vegan cheese and gluten free pizza crusts.

Great pizza!!! Worth the wait! We waited a pretty good amount of time for our 14 pizza on a Friday night, it was busy and the staff was hard at work. But it was worth it! This pizza is so tasty! We’ve loved everything, especially the pizza and wings! As a celiac, it’s one of the few places I have been consistently able to eat wings/pizza at and in the past 2.5 years have not had any issue with cross contamination. We cannot say enough good things about this place!Dietary restrictions: As someone with Celiacs (very sensitive), I have consistently (2-3 years) been able to eat good GF pizza here without any issues re:cross contamination AND this is one of the few places that I can get GF wings that are delicious ? Other family members also have loved the grinders and appetizers!

Mike his brother have this place rockin' with the best pizza in Colorado Springs, Monument, and Black Forest! This pizza has my full heart and it's the only pizza that even comes close to my hometown favorite in Cincinnati, Ohio (Go Buckeyes! , LaRosas Pizza!! The service is phenominal, the staff is awesome, and I guarantee you will have the best experience you've ever had with Mike's hired crew! Even if you are only in town for a visit...you MUST try Pies Grinders before you leave! It's become our Saturday night tradition!
