I discovered this food truck recently and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they always wanted to propose at least a vegan dish in their menu. and as they vary every week, I return regularly to discover new flavours. real good meeting kitchen, copier and not too spicy. friendly staff welcome, clean truck. desserts are not vegan but most of the time they are gluten free! lacks more than offering organic cuisine and it will be perfect, but I put another 5 stars because they deserve it
