Mish Mar - Colva

Our food was only just ok, I asked for a masala omlette, which was the most boring omlette I have had in Goa, just some masala spice nothing else, not much flavour. The Golden Fry Prawns had much to much batter, really very thick, on small prawns. The chicken soup my husband had was a large portion and was ok, but not what you would classify as good. The place was busy, the prices were high and we were inundated with sellers. We did not and will not bother to go back there.

Another beach shack serving good and local seafood. Reasonably priced good place to spend the evening.

I'm so glad we visited this shack. We were greeted by David who i must say is such a lovely person, he was so friendly and sat and spoke to us every time we came down! David was the highlight of our India trip and me and my partner are glad to of made a great friend!The food here is very nice. Drinks are great, couldn't fault the food or drinks.ALL staff that work here are great! and work extremely hard! All the best to you all. Thank you Mish Mar!

We really enjoyed our two dinings at Mish Mar Shack. First, the location is perfect (located on the beach, you eat in the front of the sea). Second, the food is excellent. (we ate the goan specialities and seafood.) Last but not least, the service was as impeccable as friendly. Special thanks for David and Jivaan who were formidable hosts.Regarding the price and the experience, this shack is very valuable for money. We spent less than 800 roupies for two (drinks included). To be noted: a car can pick you up for free if your hotel is far away.
