We had a phenomenal experience here to celebrate a birthday. Everything we ordered (cocktails, appetizers, dinner, and dessert was perfectly prepared. The service was wonderful as well, and they even re-did a steak we had ordered that came out undercooked(and they made us feel comfortable about asking, as I am usually quite shy to send a dish back! . The tasting menu is very worthit for a special occasion or date night and we will definitely be back!

Went for the tour didn't eat. Tour was really informative. Learned things other distillery tours didn't mention. Got to sample 4 spirits and a few more after. Some like the Nocino were nothing like I ever tried before.

Drinks and appetizers were great. Duck entree was too salty and the dumplings were too dense. Strawberry crunch bars had little to no strawberry flavor. I realize it was a fixed NYE menu not representative of their regular menu. Also price was very high.

We have now come to Watershed for several consecutive New Years Eve(s); last year and this year, with a chef’s tasting menu that comes with several options, have been the BEST. It is a good value and a surprise gift card after paying your check is a super-nice touch. We were in a far area away from the bar, and enjoy that since it is quieter and allows for conversation. Just one thing this year: I chose the duck and dumplings and must comment to the chef that the dumplings were very disappointing. They ruined my entree; instead of something light and fluffy, as MY grandma would have made, I am pretty sure I could have played tennis with these. Not much duck, either, but the gravy and that little bit of duck was really flavorful. All others said their meals were wonderful, and each course was at its best. Thanks for a wonderful meal, and to our server, whom we also enjoyed last year, was top-notch.

We reserved a table for the new years eve dinner for our wedding anniversary. It was a fantastic 4 course meal, truly gourmet dining. Service is impeccable, it was a wonderful dinner. When our server brought our receipt, he gave use two tour tickets, and a tasting of their nocino finished bourbon as a anniversary gift!
