This is the blackened salmon with creamy polenta and sautéed spinach. Cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned fish, if they have it on the menu, order it! I promise, you will not be disappointed, Chef Adam is a genius in the kitchen!

This is our favorite new place in Cbus! The food is divine. The atmosphere and service are par none. I can't say enough about Adam and his incredible team. The creativity and love put into this place are inspiring. You will not be disappointed.
