The Market Italian Village - Columbus

Glad to visit this restaurant after the re-opening. Really great fresh menu with a lot of staples that were very solid. Not too heavy or overly salted for comfort style options and all with fresh twists. Our favorite was the wagyu meatballs and the desserts (get them all and share). The best upgrade was the dining experience with redesigned interior and friendly knowledgeable staff. Service was excellent and we will be back!

What an awesome experience at the newly remodeled The Market. Our server Andy was very attentive and had great suggestions for wine and food. My salmon was delicious and my wife’s pork chops were great too. Seems to be on the pricier side when it comes to drinks but it was a great experience overall. The new interior is awesome and had a really cool vibe. We will definitely be back

The happy hour appetizers were very good. We ordered a nice bottle of wine. But our server never came back to check on us or take our dinner order. He never even made eye contact with us. Eventually after we had finished the bottle of wine we just asked for our check and left. Very strange but because of the food we would recommend the place.

We came for Sunday Supper and WOW this place puts the bar ever higher. 3 delicious courses for $35 and half off wine?! It can simply not be beaten and the service is always, ALWAYS phenomenal. I told the first server we had that I was a basic Cab/Merlot girl, but I wanted to try something else and he went gently through what he thought I would like best. There were so many times that I felt frightening and intimidated when ordering wine, and that could not have been any more of the case. Love the food, the staff, the wine, the vibe. Everything.

This place has many forms and forms through the pandemic. They always evaluate how they can offer the best experience for their guests and staff is what makes this place special.
