Sushi Factory - Columbus

The older gentleman, most likely the owner or manager was unfortunately really rude to my partner/gf and I. We got here between 11:45-11:50, when we looked online it said they opened at 11:30. we waited less than a minute inside for them to tell us they weren 't open yet and come back at noon, it was 11:55. so we came back in, we 're the first to be seated but we 're the third to be able to place our order. lol We ordered a bunch of sushi rolls approximately 6-10 and the guy said woah, you going to eat all of that and we hesitantly but confidently said yes, we are going to eat it all, we are hungry Not that baby it was his business anyway because we were here Monday with 2 other couples. Making this place money. Next time don 't question about what we order or how much! Horrible customer service and they 're fat shamers . ALTHOUGH, the sushi was half off ??????????????????????

We were craving sushi and decided to try this place for the first time and we were impressed! There's many places in the city for sushi, but this place is delicious and affordable! There is plenty of parking in the plaza and plenty of space inside for dining. The space is cozy and ambient, it was a good atmosphere for dinner. Staff was also super nice and friendly, I believe the owner or manager check in on us a couple times. Our service was great and quick as well. The menu is a bit overwhelming because there are so many choices! Did I mention that rolls are 50% every day for dine-in! We got a few rolls to share and an order of the tempura calamari, and the rolls were delicious. The calamari was lacking in flavor a bit but the breading was crispy for a bit and then got soggy if you let them sit. I'm sometimes picky with fish and having the too fishy taste, but everything seemed decently fresh and pretty delicious! Overall, we had a great dinner and we enjoyed it. I recommend the Red Bull roll if you want to try a nontraditional roll and like steak, the Spicy Trio if you like octopus, and the Diva roll for a bit of spice. We enjoyed the Moon roll, Spicy Salmon, and Dynamite roll however we didn't find them special to us, but still yummy. Again, everything we got was 50% off and we're excited to come back to try more! We spent about $60 after tip, for two for 6 rolls, which is pretty good for good we thought. I recommend this place for small group dinners, a casual date, yummy sushi, or just a good meal! It seemed pretty busy when we came, but they had plenty of spots open.

Tried Sushi Factory with a friend today for the first time and we loved it!! Unfortunately they seemed to be understaffed but our waiter was still very attentive and kind, I think he was the only waiter for the entire restaurant so he did a wonderful job, the sushi was outstanding and came out quickly. I think this is my new favorite sushi place in the Columbus area! Dine in gets 50% off the price of sushi rolls which makes this place a great value for the high quality rolls! Our favorite was the Chili Tai and Spicy Caterpillar roll. We will be back for sure!

I had the best experience at this restaurant where I was treated like royalty for my birthday! I had been eagerly anticipating coming here and the food and service were outstanding. I ordered the crab Rangoon, gyoza, the Tower, spicy shrimp tempura roll, yakisoba, hibachi teriyaki, grapefruit soju, and desserts mango and green tea. Even though it was a lot of food, I had to take some home because it was so delicious. I will definitely be a regular customer here. Don't miss out on this incredible place for any occasion!

Our waitress was so sweet and patient with us, and it?s great sushi for the price! Definitely not gourmet, but can?t complain for 50% off a reasonable price. I just wish they didn?t use as much sauce.
