Starbucks Coffee - Columbus

This place has been understaffed and very busy like 3/5 times I go and they always treat you kindly and you can tell they have an urgency in trying to get everyone taken care of. and my drink is always right that's why I give em 5 stars. Bc they work very hard and still smile and treat everyone with good service

Starbucks was excellent! I definitely recommend the Matcha Creme Frappuccino, which is very good with extra whipped cream and a carmel drizzle. The service is very quick, and they do a great job getting your order ready as fast as possible. Delicious drinks and great service!

I'm a mother of four and very much needed a cup of coffee. At closing, Raven, Adrianne, and Nancy were extremely kind to take one more customer. They were professional, worked quickly, and the place was still rather clean, even at the end of the business day. Thanks again for excellent service!

They got my order correct and fairly quickly despite it being busy and the addition of a couple new employees. I am also thankful the dining room was open because the drive thru line was long. I got a hot coffee and a hot breakfast sandwich and both were good. I do wish we could add our own cream and sugar.

I placed 3-4 mobile orders at this location while visiting, and I had a great experience. The staff were extremely helpful in checking the status of my orders. Most of the time, my orders were ready even earlier than expected, and the quality of the food and drinks was consistent with what you would expect from Starbucks. Overall, it's a well-run and well-staffed location.
