Bidra med feedbackUpon visiting this store near my parking garage, I walked in and waited in line. I asked the woman if they took rewards points and she stated no. I ordered anyways and then my spouse ordered after me. They charged me for two drinks and then only gave us one. I didn't bother even going back up to the staff considering all they cared about was their breaks and wouldn't stop singing. Find a musical note before you open your mouth and some customer service with that. Terrible.
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Mikel is one of the worst managers I have ever met in my 11 years in the hospitality industry. She was rude and down right disrespectful. At one point even Violent. Starbucks down the road just.3 miles away was such a pleasant experience I tipped an extra 20 and bought a few nic naks while waiting for my drink. Stay away from the Starbucks In the Sheraton hotel. Ridiculous.
The coffee was absolutely awful. It tasted as if someone had simply run water through the coffee machine—there was no flavor at all. I couldn't even taste the creamer or sweetener. Since this place is attached to the hotel, we were unable to use or earn any points. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Raquel is the best barista in Columbus! She truly excels at her job. During the Children's Hospital Marathon, the café was packed with customers, and the line stretched 20 deep. Raquel managed it all on her own and handled it like a pro! Hats off to you, Raquel!
