Spaghetti Warehouse Columbus

We waited for a table, even though we had a reservation and the restaurant was virtually empty. No one was friendly. When we asked about gluten free options, we were told the waiter thought there was one, but she wasn't sure what it was. She talked to the kitchen and still didn't seem confident that we could be accommodated, so we left. Nobody seemed to care. We won't go back. There are lots of good choices in downtown Columbus this isn't one of them.

The food was served cold and overpriced, the salad was overdressed with cheap ingredients. The chairs were falling apart and the bathrooms were the most disgusting I've ever seen. Our waitress was pleasant, but my sangria tasted like syrup and ice with a hint of liquor. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The experience at this restaurant was okay. I appreciated the free parking and the welcoming staff who efficiently seated us with our reservations. The waiting area was comfortable, and the food was satisfactory. However, I may try a different dish if I were to revisit. We ordered ribs, calamari, minestrone soup, salad, and spaghetti. Unfortunately, the service from our table staff was lacking. Despite our efforts to communicate clearly, the server made multiple mistakes and was unprofessional. She even made inappropriate comments about the size of my husband and child, which made my daughter feel self-conscious. This behavior was unacceptable, and I doubt I would return to this restaurant because of it. Although the food was decent, the disrespectful service overshadowed the dining experience.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. We had to repeatedly ask for plates, napkins, and silverware, and our appetizer was not prepared correctly. Additionally, our salads were forgotten altogether. The Alfredo dish I ordered had an excessive amount of noodles and only a small portion of chicken. The sauce was bland and lacked any seasoning. Overall, our experience was disappointing.

Our food was delicious as always! Our server was friendly and efficient Thank you for making our daughters birthday fun by singing to her!
