Samurai Japanese Cuisine Sushi

Food was phenomenal, server was decent. The inside could be upgraded or remodeled some. The tables and overall look inside is outdated, especially when a 2 person meal was $60 for Hibachi. I can't even imagine the cost if we had added any sushi. Highly recommend for the food though!!

Came in on a business trip. I got the edamame to start, which was good but didn't have enough salt. The hot sake was great! Fresh and flavorful. The chicken dumplings came out next. They were fried to perfection! That was the standout dish of the meal. The tuna nigiri and salmon sashimi were not bad. Price was very reasonable. The service was immediate and the atmosphere was pleasant. Would recommend.

I usually love Samurai. I worked Downtown over the summer and got it at least once a week. But tonight, I called in two meals and they were just not good. We ordered kids Hibachi Chicken with fried rice, Hibachi Steak with fried rice, California roll, and Cucumber roll. The rice was very dry, the steak was tough and bland despite being covered in the sauce they use, and the onion soup tasted and smelled like gym socks. The only thing that wasn’t bad was the salad…Which is just chopped up iceberg lettuce and the dressing. The sushi was fine. Everyone has said that Columbus restaurants are going downhill…

Delicious food , great service, great atmosphere! Definitely recommend!

Food is always delicious, and Cassandra is always super pleasant!!!
