Red Lobster - Columbus

Steak was too tough, dry and flavorless, none of the food tasted as though it has any seasoning other than the mashed potatos, and for the amount of money you spend it needs a lot of improvement, very dissapointed dont think Ill be ordering from here again. The only have decent thing was the biscuits because they werent dry.

My food was cold, and baked potato was not baked completely and hard! I had 3 shrimp, and very few clam strips! The cheddar biscuits was half the size! Obviously there was a breakdown in the kitchen

The service was very good. Our server was timely, friendly, without pushing and we have our food in time. However, food quality leaves something to be desired. The salmon tasted like the order of my wife from Walt's shrimps. The potatoes were pretty terrible. The salads were good. My baked potato was made to order, but honestly, expects better from a Red Lobster. Maybe next time.

I have been a patronizing Red Lobster for over 35 years. I am highly disappointed in the direction that the brand is going in. This location was fine our server Hannah was great. My complaint is with corporate/decision makers who take things off the menu. For instance I wanted to order the shrimp pasta. I have been ordering this for over 20 years. I go to place my order yesterday, the name has changed and now it doesn?t include a side salad. The crab legs pricing is outrageous. When restaurants make these kind of changes they loose loyal customers.

We dropped in here on a late Wednesday evening for a nice quiet dinner in this place and it hit the spot. At first when we first walked in there was no hostess and the person that did finally come up a few minutes later was not very friendly. But I realize that in today?s times with staffing being short and an issue companies are doing what they can. With that being said our waitress made up for any initial shortcomings as well as Just being great. She was very attentive very fast and extremely friendly and talkative which was a very nice touch. We sat close to the bar section and I could hear that bartender/server also was very Charismatic to her guests. This trip down into the depths of the red lobster, was everything you could expect in the big branch chain of seafood. The food was hot fresh and overall delicious as usual. If you were in this neck of the woods I would highly recommend it, as it is a great oasis to get your seafood fix on.
