Mcdonald's - Columbus

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and professional. They are attentive to the needs of customers during their operating hours. Sometimes they can be a bit slow, but this is probably due to the constant high volume of customers near a large highway. I'm sure they must be exhausted! Overall, it's a great team and I always enjoy going to this McDonald's.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Our 2-year-old daughter made a mess in her chair, and the staff quickly came to check on her and bring out a mop. The manager asked us multiple times if we needed our food replaced (even though we didn't because our daughter didn't throw anything on the table). The food was fresh and delicious, but the standout was the outstanding customer service. We felt like we were treated like family, which was so heartwarming.
