Max Erma's - Columbus

Delicious food, quick service and very friendly servers! We caught a French onion soup before our flight and it was so good, I discussed another trip through TSA an hour later to get more when our flight is late! Food served hot with minimal delay! Clean place, nice quiet atmosphere!

My lunch was very good. I enjoyed the tortilla soup (too much to eat to get a picture). the 3rd street salat is so delicious. the personal was very nice and attentive. I recommend it.

Classic family seam. Always good food and great times. I'll always miss Max and Erma. Great place. I'll be back soon!

The server was excellent. The food was something I would not serve my dog. The menu says hash browns, they don't serve hash browns according to the waitress. Eggs did not taste real. Rubbery and watery. Not sure how that is even possible. English muffin and bacon were good. Jelly needed a spoon, it was nothing but liquid to pour. Worst part of the whole meal was it being served on a broken plate. Truly bad all the way around except for the poor server that kept apologizing over and over. No wonder Max Ermas is almost nonexistent anymore.

It was terrible. We were there at 6:45 pm for the honor flight. We finally had someone come to seat us at 715. Know one came to get our order by 7::5o we left. There were 2 cother tables that were seated at the same time. They got drinks at least but no one took their order. One of the girls in our party called that day to see if they took reservations. They said no but we called in extra help. There was only 2 waitresses. Very discouraging.
