Lindey's - Columbus

So excited to try Lindey's for the first time and what a disappointment proved. Almost every phase of experience was faulty. It took too long for our server to visit our table for the first time; far too long until our drinks arrived, and it became worse from there. My wife (9 months pregnant) ordered a simple pasta dish. She asked for a substitution on the cheese, as pregnant women are discouraged from eating soft or blue cheese. When the court arrived, it had the standard soft goat cheese on it. Even no big deal. Our server apologized and said he had the kitchen ready a new dish. However, the manager represented the same court and interrogated more or less my wife why she could not eat the goat cheese. How important is why!!! The order was wrong! I had a steak cooked medium rarely ordered. It was decided more on the well-made side of the medium. I wouldn't have seen it as a medium, maybe medium. I asked the manager, in your opinion this medium is rare? . He answered that it was and that I had ordered the steak medium anyway! Really, what an ass!! Then, unfilled water glasses, no offer of a desert menu. It was absolutely the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant of this calibre. Lindey, you should be ashamed.

Someone must have taken the kitchen. The food was cold, the fish was overdonated and tasteless and seemed to sit around instead of freshly cooked. The beef was not cooked to order (ordered well-done, but came medium rare) and cold. The lamb was overcooked. When I called the next day to discuss the problem, I was told that I should tell them at the time. Who wants to reboil meals at 9:00?
