Server nice. missing return with means of life they ordered.

We were there again. we arrived about 9 minutes after our reservation and were warmly welcomed. the staff, eating and all were excellent. the staff was polite and needed time to explain the menu and to ask if we needed time, to ask, and to answer. it didn't take long to get out. we ate from 440 to 555 clock. it was absolutely an amazing time and perfect for jubilees or date nights.

Hyde park never disappointed! it is one of our all-time fantasies!

We came to the restaurant with high expectations. our server was excellent, understandable and very courteous with special requests, including the division of salat and suppe in 2 divided portions. unfortunately, after our drinks and appetizers were served, the kitchen seemed slow or forgotten our order. the manager came to our table to confirm this and that our ticket was next to the fire. When our meal arrived, 2 fillet dinners were very warm and also one of the fish entrees. the potato carrots were dry and lumpy and the mushroom side was not hot. our server was very apologetic, but the man was not. our food was taken back into the kitchen and made a little hotter. fish came out again. the sides were fresh. when the manager returned, she drowned our escapes on the table and went away. since we were all in the hospitality industry we were disappointed with their activities / discovery and lack of customer service! we told our waitress that we didn't blame her for this vermishap, and it was all about the manager actions and kitchen. in fairness the restaurant has a dessert for the table skill and not for our entrees. although we appreciated it, we are still disappointed. at the caliber of this restaurant and price point there is a level of expectation and they fell short.

Excellent service! Food was amazing! The price is a little high, but worth it for a special occasion or date night with your spouse! Highly recommend!
