Dunkin' - Columbus

Stopped in for a few coffees and a latte. We were the only ones in the store and it took ten minutes to get our three drinks. Two can out but the latte took ten minutes, I had to ask where it was on the ninth minute ?

Not very tastier. Donuts didn't seem fresh end up pitching out.

Service is always good, staff are sincerely nice, store is tidy and clean in appearance, prices re fair.

Good staff, always friendly staff, always make coffee drinks just right.

I was once informed that I'd ordered a mocha latte, not a matcha latte by someone who doesn't know I hate chocolate here, but it's been a while since I've seen any rude employees. Still adore the matcha lattes.
