Bidra med feedbackI put a job for two pizzas. a medium-sized paprika and a large .my eating came cold. my family consumed only breakfast. So that was lunch. at midnight my partner woke up feeling sick, he was not stopping for two hours and stuck on toilet. my two-year-old daughters five minutes later woke up that you bubble hurt. then she was out of nothing and was also on the pot. they only consumed three pieces per . they obviously did not feel it already. that's ridiculous that my family got food poisoning. I hesitated before ordering from here because the load was dirty and the employee did not practice cleanliness or hygiene label. I have already been in contact with the company. I am looking for a full refund they can have this pizza back. I'm not going to be a customer anymore.
Tried to order food and was told 20-25 minutes, went to pick it up and was said it would take another hour. it is absolutely ridiculous to expect that people wait that long after they were told something else. we could not even call the load to talk to them, and their answer was actually in another community. service: 1/5
I think I need to close with donatos. about 3 weeks ago ordered and my order was not correct. no additional mushrooms on my pizza, as I wished. my dissatisfaction by email and was given a $20 credit in the special business that I was ordered from. I will order again soon, and some extras! a few weeks later, ordered with the extras again because I had the loan...Again, screwed up. I didn't complain because more than likely, so they made my order this time. again, asked for extra mushroom, half the normal amount of pfefferoni. I received a single order of mushrooms and of course, whole order of pfefferoni. it was also cooked, almost burned. my ham and cheese undercut, where was that meat? hardly a ham, I also asked for extra salate. only a few shreds of salat, and their tomats, saw as if they used 2 slices of cherry tomato on each half of the sub. I thought we were trying a few chicken wings, simple and garlic. I'm not even sure what kind of taste that was, but they might want to remove chicken wings, bones in or boneless from the menu. terrible, definitiw wasn't garlic. the only article that was right, the broth sticks and my sons double pfeffer chocolate. get it donatos together! you used to be my favorite pizza place. that's it.
Visit them on a Friday afternoon, helpers cuddle, extremely loud. manager was fully involved. such a shame. a few good points. 1 they showed up to work,2 against person was great, and number 3 eating was good. il go back, only as execution or supply food: 5/5
On June 9th at 7:46 pm I ordered a 14 pepperoni pizza, big don sub, cookies and a soda to be delivered at 8:27 pm. I decided to wait for the order by our door at about 8:00 pm because delivery people have a hard time finding our address. At 8:18 pm I received the email confirmation that the pizza left the building.At 8 :49 I called Donatos because the order had not been delivered yet. I was told by whomever answered the phone that the pizza had just left the building. Fine, I'm ok with that.At 8:54 I recieved a call from a lady saying that the ordered had been delivered and left outside since the door hadn't been answered. I had been standing by the door for an hour now so I knew this was not true, no one had even approached the door. I checked outside anyway, no pizza. She then put the delivery driver on the phone, who proceeded to accuse me of lying. He said I hadn't answered the door bell (which was never rung as he was not at my apartment), left the order on 2 boxes on my porch (I had no boxes on my porch all day), and that there was no yellow car in front of our building. (That yellow car is mine and a marker I try and use to help delivery people find our building. My car was parked directly in front of the path that led to my building).He got mad and handed the phone back to the lady, who I think was a manager. I explained that he may have delivered the order, he didn't deliver to the right address. She asked if I wanted the order remade and delivered, which I declined. She stated she would refund our money and recredit my free pizza. As of today, this has not been done. I would like to have my refund, back to the form of payment, immediately.
