Burger King - Columbus

My usual stop for breakfast IF we get breakfast. The food service is fantastic I'm never disappointed. Orders are rarely incorrect and they usually try to get us through in a timely manner, even with a line of cars at the drive thru. On my past couple of visits, I had Saafi as host and Malinda as Cashier very lovely people. A friendly greeting early in the morning always makes the day so much better : Thank you so much.

Todays french fries were delicious. Hamburger just regular. Service overall from the lady at the front taking my order was great

The food was hot fresh and I would reorder. I sent my son to order his food, and he's 12. he ordered a junior cheeseburger, but the cashier charge for junior whopper and all he wanted on the burger was mayonnaise and ketchup I feel like they should know that they didn't get him for a junior whopper and all he got his mayonnaise and ketchup. I'll make sure that I won't let him reorder because I know he's being demolished.

They must clearly work on their drive three times. not that busy and waiting was not acceptable

That's a Burger King I'm looking for because of my work and where I live. I love how clean it is always in the inner, but go through, I come through a tomorrow for a bowl of grotten and they never have them ready and when they are ready, they are watered or burned. it happens multiply time. and if I ever order a burger, I don't say a ketchup and it happens several times that they put it on the burger. I can't even eat ketchup so that the sandwich is useless. others then these mistakes I would say this place is in order, but they need to pay more attention to eating to make sure that his chef is right and listen to the customer. customer service is always good, but if the food does not prepare the way the customer wants it, it will go to the customers to other locations.
